Alex Schladebeck and Michael Mlynarski presented their talk: Quality from the CEO Perspective: Why Do They Not Always Strive for 100% quality? at Agile Testing Days 2022.
Alex and Michael eloquently talked about their role as CEO and the quality challenges they faced from their roles’ perspective. Often, there is a gap between leadership and the daily work of engineering teams. This gap manifests at many different levels and I’ve seen it in many places. Alex and Michael aimed to provide some insight into their world and show their situations, the quality attributes they use and how we are all human and understanding context and showing empathy goes a long way.
I enjoyed listening to their talk that showed a different view on Quality than is often seen from within software teams.
